POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE - PROBATION GRANTED
At a traffic stop on I-70, my client was discovered with over 7.5 pounds of marijuana and other paraphernalia in their vehicle. I successfully fought for probation in lieu of prison time.
AGGRAVATED BATTERY - CASE DISMISSED
When my client was charged with aggravated battery, I hired a special investigator to strengthen their case. This tactic proved successful as I was able to negotiate a case dismissal.
IDENTIFY THEFT - PROBATION GRANTED
My client was charged with 16 felony counts of identity theft and theft. In the end, my client was able to plead to 5 counts of misdemeanor theft and was placed on probation.
DUI - AVOIDED LICENSE SUSPENSION
My client's license was suspended as the result of a DUI charge. I filed an appeal against the administrative license suspension and was successful. My client was able to keep their driver's license.
